I love cookbooks

I collect cookbooks. I find it very relaxing just looking at the pictures. Also a great inspiration source for making miniature food. I have ordered many both from Amazon and on eBay through the years. My favorites for time being is:
At home with Magnolia and The old Farmers favorite cookbook almanac. What is your favorite cookbook?

Magnolias book on my kitchen counter. I love the cookbook holder, both nice and practical. The pie sign was ordered on eBay and custom made. I love it:), and it's pink, even better:)

Just a small selection of my cookbooks.

I love them, too. Very inspirational although I don't get around to cooking many innovative dishes to feed my family of five--just the same old, same old American southern recipes handed down. Today, Sunday, our son, Ben is off at agriculture camp at Clemson University for the week; the girls, Maggie and Joanna are headed to church; Jerry and I are 'playing hookie' and staying home and I'll cook hamburger steaks, fried squash, probably potatoes, something green and sliced cantaloupe. My favorite cookbook is one done by our church, Gramling United Methodist.

Oh my Kim:)) It looks so nice:)The cover is soooo cute! I want it!!I think I have over 200 cookbooks. Is that insane or what? I very often use allrecipes.com and that is for free:o) A great site with fabulous recipes. Debbie, and Carolina the written cookbooks are sometimes the best. Lots of memory attached to them. I have one that I have written over the years, My daughters has said "that's the one to keep";) Cute!

Thank you Kim for helping me spending money;) While browsing..: "I just cant believe how many cupcakes books there are out there". I have some, but just had to get out of Amazon...too much temptations:) I love interior books too. Rachel Ashwell has done a new Shabby chic book. Not released yet. Yes, I have ordered it and will get it in the autumn sometime:)FUN:)Have all her books.

Christel, I don't see anything wrong with our kind of addictions Lol. Glad you found some more books. You will love apples for jam. I know it!!! I love the shabby chic books so much my covers are all so worn. I really look at all my books alot.Took my son to the doctor today and brought my books with me to look at while I waited. The more pictures the better too. Nothing makes me more sad than a beautiful cover and no real pictures in the inside. Hugs my friend.

I can' resist a cookbook (even today, came back from shopping with a new one!)
Lovely collection, but what a pity there are no recipes in the Ladurée one, they don't want us to make too nice macaroons I'm afraid!
My favorite one is a Pierre hermé chocolate cookbook, to die for!
