House restoring

The outside is now finished I think. I have painted it, and given it a patina so it looks a bit worn. I am happy with the shutters as I think it suits the house. I have been wondering what to do with the roof, but have come to think it will just be like this. It's now officially a happy house;)...Now working on the inside.

  10. So glad you love the house too.
I am always on the hunt for treasures, but old dollhouse are hard to come by. Especially this quality. I once let a gorgeous house pass me because of price, and I have never forgotten it...So if you see one, snatch it so you wont be heartbroken...;)

  19. That central front gable gives it such a distinctive appearance, and the shutters match that balcony. I'm looking forward to what you do with the inside, if the exterior is anything to go by, it is bound to be good.
