This is my my room box inspired from the movie Ratatouille. It has be great fun working with this project. Hope you see the glimpse of Paris by night from the windows. Now I need a very big glass dome to put on top of it. I will also make the garbage boy Linguini. As you probably see, the little rat Remy is sitting on top of the pot. He has just fixed the soup to perfection:)
Christel it is wonderful, so entertaining, so many wonferful things to look at! What a 'perfect' job you have done of it!! I'm going back for another look!! ....amazing...Linda x
Hi. So nice to hear from you:) I wanted it to look like there is a hole in the wall just for the "viewers"..lol us to see inside the kitchen. The two light fixture in the ceiling were made from the metal you put inside a wooden candle stick. Using two different size, glue them together and a brass rod cut to length. Spray painted silver.
How funny! I love it! Ratatouille s absolutely at home in his own kitchen,I cannot stop looking at all the wee bits and details. It wonderful and such a great idea too.
One of our favourite movies. You have done a wonderful job in creating that mood. I showed the pictures to my young son and he loved it too, especially Remy on the side of that soup pan of course ;-)
Helt aldeles nydeligt.
Just saw the film last month and all what I can can say: You did a wonderful Job !!! Absolutly amazing how you took care of every little detail, all my compliments.Jeannette
