Making a hearty fish soup today. Freshly caught mackerel, plaice, scallops, crab and shrimps. Also some smoked salmon for the extra salty flavor.

Wow Christel!!! Your freshly caught plaice look exactly like one plaice I was eating last night in a restaurant in a small village of fishermen near Lisbon (Portugal), call Sesimbra. :)
