Working on the dollhouse kitchen, the most important room in the house I think. I currently have it in my dining room. I do have a workroom but it is so nice to be with the rest of family:)
Miniature artist Christel Jensen from Norway. I make food, flowers and other small items in 1/12 scale. I use polymer clay to make the little art objects. I also like to reconstruct furnitures and make small interior designs in a trendy vintage style. My art is sold at fairs and on Etsy.

Lovely Christel. Yes I agree working in the kitchen sometimes can keep you in touch with the family. I don't have a work room it has always been my kitchen :)

Hi Christel, I'm loving it! I'm so happy that you haven't painted the front of the house too heavily...so many would be tempted to so!...I love the 'aged' appearance. I look forward to seeing 'ALL' the progress...I'm sure your kitchen will be a masterpiece!!

Would you paint the shutters the same color as the door? Or would they stay white?

It sure was a found. I don't stumble across this everyday;) I am going to keep the shutters white, but they will have more definition when the patina comes on. Thanks for the comments:)
