Mini tutorial

I am always on the look out for small items that I can turn into something useful in my miniature world. I am very fond of boxes and containers of all sorts. I came up with this idea using small candle brass parts, buttons and beads. Glue them all together. Put a bit of sealant inside the bead to cover the hole. Give it a couple of turns with the spray paint and glue on a decorative label, either like a transfer decal or just printed on normal paper. Look so good paired with different "in the making style boards" but of course on a shelf as well. You can see the cookie jar "in use" below. Hope you found this inspirational:)

In Scandinavian countries you will find these little candle parts in "Panduro" store. Come in silver and brass color and two different sizes as I know of. I have used the smallest one.
I am sure these are available in other craft stores as well:)

Thank you Christel! They are very good ideas that I will adopt for sure. I will have to find other substitute for the candle parts but I am sure that's not so difficult.
