Bread

Baking day with lots of breads on a kitchen counter. Someone has been busy baking. It is fun to experiment with texture, and color. Bread comes in so many shapes and sizes so the making will continue another day. Even  the croissants was fun to make!

Hope you start craving some carbs;)

Christel, your breads are amazing as usual - my first attempt at croissants looks like little worms. I see that the secret is the right texturing on the surface so hopefully I can figure out how to do this (unless you're willing to divulge your secret :-)
