Laduree mini wedding cake

Here is what I have been up to the last days. It took me several days to make this little replica of the Laduree weeding cake. I will not be making many of these!! Hopefully I can figure out how to make a mold for the little couple as this is difficult to make because it is so tiny and has lots of details. For now this will have to go into my own dollhouse.

                                                                        Hope you like it:)

The box was bought at Laduree and inside there is lovely rose tea.

Y los muñequitos una obra de arte, tan pequeños y con tantos detalles, geniales!!!
Como has conseguido ese tono en el fimo o scupley, parece translucido?

Asencion: I did use Fimo. White and translucent. Also on the couple I sort of "glazed" it with liquid Fimo and white pigments for the final bake:)

oh it's GORGEOUS! might i suggest you simply make a mold of it with 2 part silicone putty, then gingerly cut the mold down one side in half, then when you make replicas you can score off the 'flash' (mold marks?) before you bake them. it will be difficult to capture all that wonderful teeny tiny detail though.....:(

My eyes are getting better, the blue eyes are away, still a bit pain and tired, but it takes time. But it looks a lot better than before. Thank you for asking and one day it all will be over.

Hi Christel,

Your weddig cake is just AMAZING!
Of corse you keep it for your self...this is a little treasure to keep!

About the MA movie....the story is so so, but the inspiration it gives is WOW...I love it and just like you I watch the movie with diffrent eyes and on the computer so I can stop it every time I wand to see details! So, it came that in the scene were she is fitting al kind of different shoes...there are some all-stars sport shoes hidden...go and look for it. it is so funny...I think it is a joke from the film maker!

You are EXCEPTIONALLY talented! I'm so glad I found your blog! Today, I am having a hard time making regular(edible)sized macarons, but I love looking at your miniature clay version! They are so enchanting!

Laduree mini wedding cake is just so cute to see. I am so pleased to have a look at these gorgeous photos of this tiny cake. At some local NYC venues we recently attended a wedding expo and we saw such pretty things in that. I have finalized a lot of things from that event for our wedding day.
