Our house..or land it will be on!

This used to be my backyard and now I am building a new house there!! I live in the white house you see on the picture and this will be sold and we will live in our new home eventually. Nothing wrong with the old one, lol I guess I just have a house developer in my stomach;)  Hopefully it will be ready next summer. So I thought I occasionally could show you the progress of things. Very exiting and a lot of work involved building a new house.  Just have to brush off the fear from my shoulder and think  “it is after all almost like building a dollhouse, just larger in scale and with pipings”..:o) Lol we do have a contractor that does the work but still!!!!

Aunque implique mucho trabajo y quebraderos de cabeza, también es muy ilusionante. Espero que los progresos sean los deseados.

Good for you! Building a new house! I am a project manager for a plumbing contractor myself, so I am well acquainted with new residential construction. My boss brought pex piping to the USA. Now all the contractors around here use it.
Good luck and I am looking forward to all your posts!

Hello Christel,

I for one would be very interested in watching your house grow. Coming from a building background, I will find it entertaining to see how things are done in other countries other than just here in the UK.

Good luck

Kind regards

Ian

how nice! =)

what is the reason for a new house though? Your current one looks so big! My house here is so teeny tiny. I can't wait to have a big house someday. I am dying to have my own office. =) houses in the usa are double the size for the same price (in some places) but so much larger than our little closet here lol in about 2 years I'll have a large (hopefully) house.

can't wait to see the progress =)

Hi Christel,
I look foward to watching the progress of your new home. It is so less frustrating when some-one else is building, I may enjoy watching your progress far better than it was for me to watch mine. But saying that it is wonderful to finally move in and enjoy all the hard work.
Thank you for your beautiful comment, I am sure your house will be amazing.....and yes, it is just like a dolls house only a lot lot BIGGER!!!!

Enjoy.
